Fellowship Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This fellowship is available to individuals who meet the specified criteria by the deadline of April 30, 2024, irrespective of their location. Participation is not open to Heallist Inc employees, its partner agencies, and suppliers (collectively referred to as "Employees"), as well as immediate family members or those residing in the same household as Employees. The campaign is subject to all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Applicant ("You") agree to fully and unconditionally abide by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Additionally, you agree to accept Heallist's decisions as final and binding regarding the content of this campaign.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online from April 1, 2024, at 12:01 am EDT to Aprl 30, 2024, at 11:59 pm EDT.

How to Enter: To enter the Fellowship, create or use an existing Healer account on Heallist.com. To be eligible, the user must achieve a minimum 25% Profile Completion Score. Applicants must refer at least one new Practitioner user to sign up with a minimum Profile Completion Score of 25%. Entries not adhering to the rules may be disqualified at Heallist's sole discretion. Multiple entries are allowed by referring multiple practitioners. Using fraudulent methods may result in the removal of eligibility at Heallist's sole discretion.

Grant: Winner of this Fellowship ("Winner") will receive an agreed-upon amount of funds in USD via electronic transfer. The grant is non-transferable, and Winner is solely responsible for any grant-related expenses, including taxes. Acceptance of the grant gives Heallist permission to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes on its website, social media channels, and trade without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The final grant will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be notified by email within one (1) day of selection. Heallist is not liable for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam or incorrect contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days, an alternate Winner may be selected. Compliance with all laws and regulations is a condition of receiving the grant.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this grant giveaway, you affirm that you are qualified to participate in the Fellowship contest.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Heallist and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Fellowship or use of the grant. This includes technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, and electronic or human errors in the administration of the campaign.

Disputes: This campaign is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Participants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class actions, exclusively in a court located in the state of Delaware. In any dispute, participants waive the right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participants also waive the right to have damages multiplied or increased.
